Zurich Group Germany has sold its offices in Bonn and Cologne to Corpus Sireo for an undisclosed price.
Under the terms of the deal, Zurich will continue to occupy both the Bonn and Cologne premises until the end of 2019, before transferring into newly built headquarters in Cologne's Messe/Deutz district.
The package includes Zurich's Bonn offices in Poppelsdorfer Allee and Rabinstrasse, as well as the complex along Riehler and Worringer Street in Cologne.
Zurich's new offices, located near the train station in Cologne, are being constructed by Strabag Real Estate and ECE Projektmanagement.
