Swiss property company Zublin said on Monday that it has sold its buildings located in Winterthur and one of its office properties in Bern for CHF52 mln (EUR37 mln) net of costs. The sale is in line with the group's strategy to focus on the cities of Zurich and Geneva, the company said in a statement. The buyer was not disclosed.
