Dutch real estate developer Zinc Real Estate has acquired The Corner shopping complex in Rotterdam from a fund managed by Credit Suisse.
According to the Dutch Land Registry, the deal volume was €33 mln.
The asset is located at Binnenwegplein 26-68 in the centre of Rotterdam and comprises around 14,000 m2 of lettable floor space across eight retail units.
Tenants include Albert Heijn, Monki (H&M), KFC and MediaMarkt.
Credit Suisse was advised by CBRE (commercial) and Houthoff (legal). Zinc was advised by Osborne Clarke (legal).
