Zentral Boden Immobilien (ZBI) has divested a residential portfolio in Germany to a special fund of Deutschen Investment Kapitalanlagegesellschaft for €140 mln.
The portfolio, owned by the ZBI Professional 3 fund, includes more than 1,400 residential units largely located in Berlin.
'With the sale of the real estate portfolio, the business model of ZBI is demonstrated once again. Investments in high-yield residential property in Germany are very attractive,' commented Bernd Ital, CEO of ZBI.
