Diego Pepe, who has served Zanklon Capital as partner for more than four years, will spearhead the Italian operations in Milan.

This follows an announcement earlier this year which saw the firm and its investor Investcorp, a leading global manager of alternative investment products, complete the €128 mln acquisition of Via Paolo di Dono 44, a commercial office building located in Rome.

‘The launch of our Milan office and senior-level appointment come at a pivotal moment for Zanklon Capital as we look ahead to 2023 and the future investment pipeline,’ said Natale Giostra, managing partner.

‘With the help of Diego and the rest of the Italian team we can take advantage of this further push into Italy and expand into diverse asset classes such as student accommodation and urban logistics throughout Italy, in addition to our current portfolio consisting of offices and hotels.’
