Helsinki-listed construction firm YIT has sold €85 mln of Baltic property to three different investors.
The deals include two sites in Finland and one in Lithuania.
It has sold the 9,100 m2 shopping centre in Tikkurila Commercial Centre in Vantaa to NREP Nordic Strategies.
The 21-storey, 10,000 m2 Grand Office in Vilnius, Lithuania was sold to Capital Mill, an Estonian mutual fund.
And its 3,300 m2 offices in Osmontie, Helsinki went to VVT Property Fund.
