Euronext-listed Yatra Capital has invested some EUR 30 mln in four real estate projects in India. Through its subsidiary K2 Property, Yatra acquired 100% of Eredene Mauritius for EUR 18 mln from Eredene Capital. The balance of the investment is committed to the development of Eredene Mauritius' portfolio.

Through its subsidiary K2 Property, Yatra acquired 100% of Eredene Mauritius for EUR 18 mln from Eredene Capital. The balance of the investment is committed to the development of Eredene Mauritius' portfolio.
Yatra has now committed almost EUR 52 mln to real estate projects in India, representing just over 50% of the total EUR 100 million raised at the time of the company's flotation on Euronext Amsterdam in December 2006.
