Ukrainian real estate company XXI Century Investments said on Monday it has arranged a new three-year credit facility of $60mln with Eurobank EFG Cyprus.

Ukrainian real estate company XXI Century Investments said on Monday it has arranged a new three-year credit facility of $60mln with Eurobank EFG Cyprus.

In a statement, the company said it intends to use the loan to repay a portion of its existing debt. The firm added the equity will also be used to finance its project portfolio, consisting of shopping centres, hotels, offices and mixed-use assets throughout Ukraine.
