Real estate and technology specialist x.project is expanding its business areas technical due diligence (TDD) and monitoring. To this end, the company recently recruited Linda Rebholz as a junior technical consultant.
Rebholz has a master of engineering in future-proof construction from the Frankfurt University of applied sciences and a bachelor of engineering architecture from the University of Mainz.
'With Linda Rebholz, we have been able to recruit a first-class specialist for x.project. Her new and innovative approaches will strengthen our teams and we will benefit greatly from her academic training combined with her practical experience,' said Henry Fritzsche, member of the board of x.project and COO.
During her master's degree, Rebholz also worked as a tutor with a focus on energy design and simulation at the Frankfurt University of Applied Science. While she was still studying for her master’s degree, she was the winner of a Nassauische Heimstätte prize in a competition on smart micro housing.
She is also a certified energy consultant (residential buildings) and, with training as a DGNB Registered Professional, is an expert in the growth market of sustainable construction.
'We are very pleased that we were able to win Linda Rebholz. As the winner of a student competition for environmentally friendly construction, she shows us her special commitment to her work,' said Holger Weber, CEO of x.project.
