Student housing specialist Xior has completed the acquisition of a student housing residence in Krakow, Poland, from a consortium of investors including CA Ventures and an affiliate of Golub.
Xior paid €35.3 mln for the asset, a sum effected entirely via the issue of new shares.

The LivinnX residence was completed in 2019 and comprises a total of 290 self-contained units, 673 beds and various communal areas. It is located right by the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University of Kraków (the largest private university in Kraków with 7,600 students) and has easy access to Kraków's main universities.
Poland is the 5th largest student market in the European Union, after Germany, France, Spain and Italy, with 1.22 million students.
