Xavier Denis has been appointed as president of AG Real Estate France as of 1 January, replacing Brigitte Gouder de Beauregard.
Denis joined AG Real Estate in June 2018 as chief development officer, member of the management committee and director of AG Real Estate. He has more than 20 years’ real estate and multi-disciplinary, international experience.
General managers, Arnaud Guennoc and Thibault Delamain, will continue in their respective roles as head of development and head of investment and asset management respectively. Both executives have fulfilled these positions since the opening of the AG Real Estate agency in Paris in 2012.
Brussels-headquartered AG Real Estate, a fully-owned subsidiary of AG Insurance, manages a portfolio comprising around €6 bn of its own plus third party assets. AG Real Estate France manages around €1.3 bn in assets.
