Luxembourg-based investment, development and asset management company Orco Property Group has announced that work has begun on its Praga project. Located in Prague's districts 10 and 15, the project is a mixed-use residential and commercial development comprising 889 housing units on a 63,874-m[sup]2[/sup] plot and an area of commercial space occupying 2,419 m[sup]2[/sup].

Located in Prague's districts 10 and 15, the project is a mixed-use residential and commercial development comprising 889 housing units on a 63,874-m2 plot and an area of commercial space occupying 2,419 m2.
The project is to be delivered in three phases. The first, providing 62% of the units, will be launched in January 2009 and is scheduled to complete 18 months later. The second is due to start in November 2009, complete in April 2011, and provide 15% of the units. The final phase is due to run from October 2010 to April 2012.
