German company Wolbern Invest has acquired the Tom Tailor headquarters in Hamburg. The transaction price comes to EUR 34 mln. The property was purchased on behalf of the firm's new closed-end fund 'Wolbern Deutschland 03'. Built in 1989, the office building is fully let to Tom Tailor with a rental agreement running to the end of April 2022.
