The portfolio consists of 12 offices and one warehouse facility, located mostly in the Copenhagen sub-areas of Herlev/Ballerup and Høje-Taastrup, where Wihlborgs already operates. The remaining properties are located in other sub-areas in the north and south of Copenhagen.

'We have noted a positive trend in the Danish market, which makes this an excellent opportunity for us to expand further in this region. We are also not averse to making further acquisitions in these new areas in our portfolio,' said Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs.

Following the acquisition, Wihlborgs now owns and manages about 400,000 m2 in the Copenhagen area, with a market value of SEK 4 bln (€400 mln).
