Global flex office specialist WeWork has officially launched its third location in Manchester, Dalton Place, at an opening presided by Greater Manchester mayor Andy Burnham.
‘The values of WeWork are very much aligned with the values of Greater Manchester and I’m pleased to open their third home in the city located at Dalton Place,' Burnham said.
The co-working firm said that its three Manchester offices - which also include No.1 Spinningfields and St. Peter’s Square – had the capacity to serve over 2,000 members daily. It was also announced that Dalton Place will be home to WeWork Labs, a home for early-stage startups.
The new workspaces in Manchester brings the number of WeWork locations to 105 cities and 28 countries around the world. WeWork has a total of over 466,000 WeWork members worldwide.

The company also announced a further two locations for Manchester, which will be located at Mosley Street and The Hanover.
Co-founded by Adam Neumann and Miguel McKelvey in New York City in 2010, WeWork is a privately held company with over 10,000 employees.
