UK house-builder Weston Homes has simultaneously launched the sales at three key property developments across the South East of the UK.
The company is officially marketing new apartments at Gun Hill Park in Aldershot, which sees the transformation of a Grade II Listed Military Hospital; Victoria Central in Southend-on-Sea, featuring modern apartments in the popular seaside town; and 1023 West in Brentwood, where apartments and townhouses are being developed alongside a converted Georgian Manor house.
The combined developments total £144 mln (€165 mln), offering over 400 high-quality new homes to meet buyer demand. All three developments launched for sale on Friday 19th February, following over 2,200 buyers registering interest for the new homes.
Weston Homes says that despite Covid-19 presenting market challenges, buyer demand is very strong, with numerous reservations already recorded at the sites over the first weekend.
