Westbrook Partners has bought some 10,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space in the Charras office tower in Courbevoie, near Paris. The property, which also includes some 150 parking spaces, will be fully refurbished by Newstone Management. Delivery is scheduled for October 2008.
