Yama Mahasher, managing director at Westbridge, said: 'We are already active on 21 markets. Experience has shown that our existing customers, and of course potential new customers as well, benefit from our local presence.
'This is why we are now sharpening our focus on a market that is home to global capital and invested in pan-European real estate markets.
'It is also a decisive reaction to the growing demand for local ESG expertise. We firmly believe that now is the right time to move closer to our customers and adopt a local presence.'
