When completed in 2014, the centre will offer 130,000 m2 of space over more than 250 stores. The owner is currently reviewing the tenant mix for the centre, talking to international retail chains seeking to enter Finland.

JonesLangLaSalle was retained as leasing consultant and Laker Developments was appointed development manager.
