Dutch listed commercial property group Wereldhave has announced the sale of the Foley Street office building in London, UK, and the Pole Marine shopping centre in Dunkirk, France.
The total proceeds amount to around EUR 43 mln, slightly above book value and represent an average net exit yield just above 6%.
The disposals are part of the ongoing sales programme of non-core assets in Europe, the company said
The Foley Street office building was acquired by Wereldhave in 1988 and renovated in 1993. Pole Marine, a retail- and leisure center with approximately 17,800 m2 (net lettable area) containing a cinema, restaurants and shops, was developed by Wereldhave in 1999.
