Wereldhave is proposing the nomination of Pieter Roozenboom as new Chief Financial Officer and management board member at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on April 22.
Roozenboom, aged 41, previously worked for Merin, formerly known as Uni-Invest. He joined the company in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and later on covered the position of CEO and Chief Operating Officer.
His appointment at Wereldhave will be for a term of four years.
