The St. Wenceslas Property Fund has acquired the Witawa Family Center in Gdynia, Poland from Polish developer Allcon for about EUR 9 mln. The Witawa Family Center consists of shopping, leisure and office space and forms part of the Witawa apartment complex. It has a total commercial area of more than 6,000 m2, including 3,240 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail space. Tenants include Albert, Pepco, Gymnasion and Rossman.

The St. Wenceslas Property Fund is managed by London-based Hunter Property Fund Management and was created to buy properties in central and eastern Europe. The fund has already purchased assets in excess of EUR 100 mln in the region. King Sturge International Property Consultants represented Hunter in the acquisition.
