US lender Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) has provided a £138 mln (€192 mln) loan to Brookfield Property Partners to finance its purchase of the Moor Place office building in the City of London.
Moor Place comprises 21,000 m2 of space and is adjacent to Brookfield’s London Wall Place development, for which Wells Fargo was the lead arranger of a previously announced £273 mln development facility.
The transaction closed on a fully underwritten basis, and Wells Fargo has subsequently sold down half of the commitment.
