GIC’s €569 mln sale of the O2 Tower follows the €650 mln sales of Highlight Towers in May and MediaWorks in April.
Munich has attracted over €1.8 bn of capital in these three transactions alone in Q2 2021. Back in 2007 when GIC acquired the 50,700 m2 O2 Tower, the sovereign wealth fund paid €300 mln.
