A large London office asset went on the market: the former News International site, now a six-building complex called Moretown.
Fosun-backed Resolution's price tag is circa £400 mln, according to React News. The opportunity is the second in London this month with Blackstone looking for a buyer for Times Square who will pay £450 mln.
Other new assets on the market include a Munich building with a relatively short WALT, which Generali is selling.
Four portfolios transacted. Frasers‘ logistics vehicle made its first acquisitions in the UK and acquired parent balance sheet assets in Germany and the Netherlands. The other three involved Polish residential, CEE offices and UK hotels.
In the debt capital markets three bond issues - two of them green bonds - were priced, raising €1.81 bn for their REIT investors. There was also a US private placement.
