The tech giant occupies 20,000 m2 in the 118,000 m2 complex and the Warsaw deal follows its decision to go ahead with the acquisition of Central St Giles in London for £762.5 mln which was confirmed in January.

Google - which first opened in Poland 15 years ago, with three people - says The Warsaw Hub is already its largest site working on cloud technologies in Europe.

The Hub’s developer and vendor Ghelamco is keeping hold of The Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels in one of the complex’s three towers. CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield advised on the Google sale.
