Clarion and CBRE Global Investors each sold circa €1 bn portfolios amassed over the last three years into the strongest-ever market for logistics.

Aviva Investors is expected to sell off the 12 properties in its still closed UK open ended UK Property Fund which has underperformed for the last two years, and struggled with maintaining enough liquidity to reopen. The fund returned nearly -15% in March versus -2.3% for its UK direct property benchmark and Aviva said it would be closed in July.
Funds raising capital include an Italian debt vehicle, a Benelux office development strategy and another for sustainable repurposing of commercial properties in Sweden’s main cities.
