Wealth Management Capital has acquired the Hubschrauber technology park in Donauworth, Bavaria from a joint venture of German bank IKB and Dusseldorf-based real estate manager MFRSI for an undisclosed sum. WMC, a unit of German bank Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank, was advised by property consultants Savills and CVV.

The park was constructed in 2007 and is let to helicopter manufacturer Eurocopter. The 30,000 m2 facility combines logistics space with office premises. A new corporation centre is under construction in the park.

'This transaction combines a long-term secured income from an excellent tenant with considerable expansion potential. Donauworth is also favourably located between the motorways A6, A7, A8 and A9 and therefore provides optimal connection to all regions in Germany,' said Savills director Oliver Schinkewitz.
