WDP also reported the pre-leasing of its 24,000 m2 project on the Femont site in Willebroek - before construction work begins - to Distrilog, the Belgian logistics group. Distrilog will be centralising two of its distribution centres currently situated in Puurs and Bornem into a new distribution centre on the Willebroek site. A fixed nine-year contract has been signed, and delivery is forecast for September 2008. The contract means that WDP has now pre-leased 36% of the 110,000 m2 Belgian projects it has in progress.
