UK-based real estate company Watts has opened a new office in Stockholm. The team will be led by managing director Eva Sterner. According to the company statement, the new office will 'provide the Nordic market with its core technical and environmental due diligence, project management and consultancy services'.

According to the company statement, the new office will 'provide the Nordic market with its core technical and environmental due diligence, project management and consultancy services'.
CEO Jo Stocks commented: 'The expansion of our business into mainland Europe is a major part of our current strategy and a direct response to the needs and expectations of our clients. A strong market, combined with the need for experienced consultants with extensive technical knowledge and business awareness, is creating a strong demand for Watts’ services in the Nordic regions.'
The company opened offices in Barcelona, Düsseldorf and the Netherlands in 2007. Further European offices are planned in 2008.
