Construction work has begun on Royal Wilanów, an office building with a retail and service section on the corner of Klimczaka and Przyczó³kowa Streets in Warsaw.

Capital Park Group is the investor and Erbud SA is the general contractor for the project. Construction will take two years. The building will hold a BREEAM sustainability certificate.

Royal Wilanów is the second project to be developed in Warsaw by the Capital Park Group after Eurocentrum Office Complex.

The scheme is a five-storey building offering around 30,000 m2 of modern office space. Erbud SA is the first tenant in the office section. Around 7,000 m2 of retail and service space on the ground floor will accommodate restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and service units.

'We want to create a vibrant place that, together with adjacent squares, will become both a venue for business meetings and an attractive spot for family get-togethers,' investment manager Wojciech Nowakowski at the Capital Park Group said.

Colliers International will market the office section of the project while BOIG will handle the retail premises.
