The site is located close to the city's historic old town as well as the exhibition centre.

The Andel's Hotel will comprise 240 rooms along with around 1,200 m2 of conference space. As managers of the Andel's brand, Vienna International will manage the hotel. Completion is projected for early 2009 with the opening to take place some time in the second quarter of 2009.

This contract agreement follows the approval granted by St. Petersburg city authorities for Warimpex to build the Airportcity business park at the international Pulkovo 2 airport. The first phase of the project will include a 300-room, 4-star hotel with 1,600 m2 of conference facilities and three office buildings with 40,000 m2 of net lettable floor space. Projected investment for the first phase is EUR 120 mln. With expectations of developing office buildings of 50,000 m2 and 60,000 m2 in the projects second phase, Airportcity ranks as the company’s largest development project.
