Warimpex has initiated and led the process to secure a €60 mln credit line to refinance the Airportcity scheme in St Petersburg.
The refinancing was secured from a local bank by Zao Avielen, a joint venture of the Austrian real estate companies Warimpex, CA Immo Group and UBM.
Airportcity St. Petersburg, being developed by Zao Avielen, is located in close proximity to Pulkovo 2 international airport.
In addition to a four-star Crowne Plaza hotel, which is open, the complex includes three modern office buildings with total lettable space of 31,000 m2. The two towers from the first construction phase, Jupiter 1 and Jupiter 2, which offer 16,000 m2 of space, have already been opened and are fully let to Gazprom.
The shell of the third tower, Zeppelin (15,000 m2), has been completed and is part of construction phase two. A tenant has already signed a letter of intent for the space.
