UK REIT Warehouse REIT has announced the appointment of Evie Williams as an asset manager.
Previously at JLL, where she worked across its industrial agency, valuation and lease advisory teams, Williams joins the 20 strong team responsible for managing Warehouse REIT’s diversified warehouse portfolio, which now exceeds 8.5 million sq ft (790,000 m2) with a value of £793 mln (as at 31 March 2021).
Williams, who will report directly to r egional director, Gary Lees, will be focused on managing Warehouse REIT’s Midlands portfolio, with responsibility for key local stakeholder relationships and supporting the delivery on the programme of value-enhancing asset management initiatives.
