Hamburg-based Warburg-Henderson KAG has bought three properties in the German cities of Duesseldorf and Hamburg for a combined value of EUR 52 mln. In Duesseldorf, the company has purchased an office building of 9,670 m[sup]2[/sup] leased to London-based group KPMG.

In Hamburg, Warburg Henderson has invested in a 21,000 m2 office unit in the Eimsbuettel business park, and acquired an office building in the new district of the city. Major tenants in the business park include logistics group Thiel, lift maker Otis and Samson, while the office property is occupied by the insurance group Barmenia and the publisher Axel Springer, German newspaper Immobilien Zeitung reported.
Warburg - Henderson is a joint venture between M.M.Warburg & Co and Henderson Global Investors, established in 2001 to manage open-ended property special funds.
