The Warburg-Henderson property joint venture has completed the purchase of two warehouse portfolios in Europe for EUR 115 mln and EUR 123 mln respectively.

One portfolio covers an area of 140,000 m2 and comprises four warehouses in France, Spain, Italy and Germany. The other portfolio includes three warehouse properties for a total of 156,000 m2 in France, Germany, and the Netherlands. This second investment value reflects an average gross initial yield of 6.5%. Knight Frank acted as the advisor for the buyer.

Warburg - Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien is a joint venture between M.M.Warburg & Co and Henderson Global Investors, which was established in Hamburg on April 11, 2001 as an initiator of open-ended property special funds. It focuses on the management of European property funds.
