Boutique property investor and developer Wainbridge has launched a new division, Wainbridge Estates, to cover super-prime residential development and investment. Wainbridge Estates will focus on the top-end residential sector in London, New York, Paris, the south of France, the Caribbean and other locations sought after by ultra high net worth individuals, the company said.

Wainbridge also appointed Christophe Leriche as its new head of France. Leriche jons from Hines, where he worked for 17 years, most recently as senior project developer.
In addition to focusing on the south of France, Wainbridge will now extend its strategy of acquiring and actively managing 'value-add' office opportunities within the Greater London market to central Paris and its western suburbs, the company said in a statement.
