Viveris REIM has signed an agreement with French nursing home operator Korian to acquire a portfolio of nine healthcare clinics in the northwest and southeast of France. The properties will be acquired for an all-cash price of EUR 100 mln, the company said in a statement.

The company has set up an OPCI RFA vehicle to purchase the package and is currently in talks with institutional investors to raise the funds necessary to finance the deal.
'We received a great welcome for this product because we allow investors to enter the capital of a fund which owns high-quality assets with a target IRR of 6.6% per annum net of fees,' said Frédéric Bôl, CEO of Viveris REIM.
Established in 2007, Viveris REIM manages over EUR 3 bn of assets across a total of 16 funds.
