Elsewhere in Paris, Viveris REIM has purchased two office buildings from an unnamed German property fund. The assets offer nearly 10,000 m2 and 333 parking spaces in the Croissant D'or district of Suresnes, west of Paris. The buildings are fully leased to a total of five tenants.
The assets generate around EUR 4.9 mln in annual rents. DTZ advised on the deal. Viveris received legal advice from Vincent Gerard while Etude Thibierge acted for the sellers.
