French asset manager Viveris REIM has acquired four student housing development projects for a total of €42 mln on behalf of one of its OPCI investment vehicles.
Two of the assets are located in the Paris suburb of Ivry-sur-Seine and Massy-Palaiseau while the remaining two are located in the 7th district of Lyon and in the Vélodrome district of Marseille respectively.
Viveris said the properties are all pre-let on nine-year leases to a specialist operator.
The acquisitions bring the total investment by Viveris REIM in the student housing sector in 2013 to around €70 mln.
Viveris REIM was advised by law firm Bresjanac on the deal.
