French fund manager Viveris REIM has inked a new acquisition on behalf of its healthcare property OPCI investment vehicle, Santé de Viveris REIM.

The new property, a care and rehabilitation facility in Harfleur near Le Havre, brings the company's healthcare portfolio to 11 assets across France with a combined value of €160 mln.

The 7,950 m2 property will be managed by Générale de Santé and feature 110 beds on completion in January 2015.

'We are always looking for this type of asset,' commented Loic Lonchampt, portfolio manager at Viveris REIM.

The company was advised by notary's office Gérard & Associés, while the vendor was advised by Chardon, Tarrade & Associés.

Founded in 2007, Viveris REIM currently manages roughly €4.5 bn of assets for third parties.
