French fund manager Viveris REIM has acquired a nursing home development project in Paris' 18th district for €32 mln.
The project will offer a total of 130 beds on completion and is being developed by Sodearif in a joint venture with the city of Paris. The asset will provide 5,360 m2 of space over six storeys and will be operated by Les Intemporelles.
Following the acquisition, Viveris' healthcare fund owns a total of €160 mln of healthcare properties.
