UK listed housebuilder Vistry Group has exchanged on a £90 mln (€105 mln) GDV site of 180-200 homes in Ottershaw, Surrey, UK.
The 41-acre plot will comprise 117 private units, with the remainder designated as affordable homes.
Almost two thirds of the proposed development will be green space, open to residents and the wider Ottershaw community.
Construction is expected to start in January 2023.
