UK listed housebuilder Vistry Group has completed the acquisition of a £215 mln (€250 mln) site for the development of 726 homes in Wolborough, Devon, UK.
The 96.5-acre site will see the construction of one and two bed apartments, in addition to two, three, four and five bed houses. Of the 726 homes, 145 will be affordable dwellings and 36 are designated as self-build plots.
Construction is expected to start in September 2022.
