Neinver has confirmed that its Viladecans The Style Outlets designer mall will launch on 27 October in the Greater Barcelona area.
Further retailer names have been released, with the developer announcing that Catalan brands such as Javier Simorra, Desigual, Etxart & Panno, Cottet, La Mallorquina, Naulover and Home Interiors by Textura will add to the roster of famous names in the outlet mall, including Adidas, Adolfo Domínguez, Camper, Calzedonia, Converse, Gant, Le Coq Sportif, Liu Jo Uomo, Nanos, Nike and Skechers.
Neinver said that it is completing construction of the first phase of the outlet centre on schedule, and will also encourage retailer tourism with group packages and a bus service connecting the centre with the airport.
Developed through a joint venture with TH Real Estate, the outlet village will have 1,400 parking spaces as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. The centre has a catchment area with more than 6 million people within a 90-minute drive.
