German insurance company Victoria Versicherung has agreed a lease on around 4,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space in the Global Gate office complex in Düsseldorf. From January 2008 about 270 employees will find their new office in the complex. Colliers Trombello Kölbel Immobilienconsulting acted exclusively as consultant and estate agent for Victoria.

Victoria, which belongs to the Ergo insurance group, is also planning to construct a new administration building at the Düsseldorf location. In order to be able to secure the space required until the building is completed it has leased additional office space in Global Gate.
Global Gate on Grafenberger Allee consists of three buildings and offers a total of around 30,000 m2 of office space. The owner of the first building is SEB Immobilien-Investment through its open-ended property fund SEB ImmoInvest.
