Multi Development's flagship UK shopping centre, Victoria Square in Belfast, has won the Best Retail Development award at the RIAI Irish Architecture Awards in Dublin.
The 75,000 m2 retail-led mixed-use scheme opened on 6 March 2008 and encompasses new retail, leisure and living space in the centre of Belfast. Multi said its first completed scheme in the UK had set the benchmark for Multi's other projects in the region.
