Pan-European developer VGP has acquired two brownfield sites where it will develop new business parks in the Milan area of Northern Italy.

The logistics specialist said it has already commenced works at the Paderno Dugnano and Legnano sites. The new schemes will bring the number of its business parks in Italy to a total of six.

The new VGP Park Legnano, in the province of Milan, will extend over an area of about 50,000 m2, with a maximum leasable area of 24,500 m2 for warehouses, offices, and parking areas.

VGP Park Paderno Dugnano, will be developed on an area of about 95,000 m2 and will include a maximum leasable area of 44,000 m2 also here for warehousing, annexed offices and parking areas.
