Stimpel took up his role as country manager at the beginning of August and will oversee VGP’s expansion in the Danish market as part of the company’s growth strategy for Europe.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the Danish real estate market. Prior to joining VGP, Stimpel worked at grocery chain Lidl where he was head of the real estate team with overall responsibility for the purchase and sale, project development and planning of new stores and logistics centres. In this capacity, he built up experience working on international transactions as well as advising national and international parties.
