Verdion has appointed CBRE to manage its €500 mln pan-European logistics portfolio.

CBRE will look after Verdion’s portfolio of 14 logistics properties and warehouse assets situated throughout the UK, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. The portfolio totals 501,660 m2, including iPort in Doncaster, which comprises a 136 hectare greenfield development with an active planning consent for up to 557,400 m2 of logistics space, with 213,670 m2 already committed.

In total, CBRE now manages almost 41 million m2 of assets across 20 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) including industrial and logistics, retail and offices. In addition, CBRE manages 245 shopping centres covering 8.7 million m2 in the same region.
